ERC Educational Technology Resources

There are many technology resources in the Education Resource Center (ERC) to support professional education candidates in their courses and field experiences. In addition to laptops and iPads, candidates can check out mini-DVD camcorders, Olympus voice recorders, FLIP video cameras, ELMO and IPEVO document cameras, and the very popular SWIVLs for video recording. SMART Notebook software is installed on all workstations in the ERC, and the SMART Board room is available for candidates to practice and refine their lessons. Camtasia is  installed on a Mac workstation and a PC workstation. The Do2Learn makerspace also provides lots of great activities that candidates can try out and incorporate into their lessons!

Performance Assessment Requirement Information

Do you have questions about the new performance assessment requirement where all teacher candidates must complete the edTPA or PPAT beginning July 1, 2016? If you have any questions about this requirement for Delaware certification and institutional recommendation for certification, please contact Christine Gorowara at cargoro@udel.edu.
