PLEASE NOTE to be eligible you must be able to participate in the two workshops and the one week summer institute for your cohort.

By sending this application I am confirming that I agree to the following as conditions for acceptance and receipt of the stipend: attendance at all of the workshops and institutes that are scheduled for my cohort each year; complete reading assignments; co-develop one unit for each workshop and summer institute topic; and participate in the evaluations required under the grant.
