If you have a masters degree and are seeking intensive professional development through a specific course of study, the University of Delaware offers a number of programs. These Courses of Study (COS) qualify teachers in Delaware for a plus 15 salary increment.
Courses of study vary from 6 to 18 credits. Candidates must maintain an overall 3.0 GPA within a COS and have no individual course grade less than a C-.
